1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and working collaboratively with peers and leadership. If you are 18 years or older, have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and can work both independently and in a team environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
