1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in our operations by efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse is well-maintained and safe.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
