1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, unloading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older. You should demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and a drive for success. Key competencies include interpreting company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent lifting of products weighing up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating powered industrial equipment. The ability to work in varying temperatures and environments is essential.
