1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise in our warehouse. You will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
