1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving and organizing incoming stock efficiently, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with peers and warehouse management to ensure smooth operations and meeting productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment and deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and assist in process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and maintain sanitation standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
