1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. As part of the first shift team, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently and fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven behaviors.
• Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
