1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time warehouse opportunity? Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker! Our warehouse operations focus on ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. You will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. We provide thorough training and safety programs to equip our associates with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Contribute to warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently according to company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Work in varied temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
