1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM, and we have multiple schedules available for you to choose from.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist with unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Perform within ALDI Acts competencies: Acts Conscientiously, Collaborates and Cooperates with Team, Demonstrates a Positive Attitude and Resilience, Drives for Success, Organizes and Executes with Efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
