1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. This part-time position offers an hourly starting wage of $23.75 and involves various responsibilities such as stock selection, merchandise handling, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and timely.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret company policies and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
