Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi, offering up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. The role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, quality, and safety standards. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Engage in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Operational knowledge of powered industrial equipment.
