1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
