1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour and involves various shift options based on schedules A1, A2, B, C, and D. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
