1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
