1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour and an opportunity to work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas within the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency in work.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
