Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting and moving up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
