1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
