1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker and be part of our warehouse operations team responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our part-time employees work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Comprehensive training and safety programs ensure our associates are equipped for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, organizes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic arithmetic.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, work in varying temperatures.
