1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include fulfilling orders, replenishing stock, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Adhere to ALDI Acts competencies.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
