1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the warehouse operations at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 45 pounds.
• Capable of operating powered industrial equipment safely.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and settings.
