Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and support management goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 for this role.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and capacity to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout warehouse activities.
