1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to enhance processes and meet budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic ability.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, and operating equipment.
• Works in varying temperatures.
