1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company procedures.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, etc.
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
