1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. The position offers competitive starting wages of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift. As part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The role requires physical agility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Efficient organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
