1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for various duties, including receiving, organizing, and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, and resilience.
• Ability to organize, execute efficiently, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
