1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker and help ensure that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our team members work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas under thorough training and safety programs to guarantee success.

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
