Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. Shifts and Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturdays and Sundays
• Schedule C: Alternating weekends
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Organizing and loading merchandise for shipment.
• Cleaning and maintaining warehouse standards.
• Participating in inventory counts.
• Cooperating with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and operating equipment.
• Standing, bending, and walking in varying temperatures.
