1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. Working collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, you will help improve processes and achieve warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise for deliveries and warehouse stocking.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
