1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and participating in warehouse inventory activities. You will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues as needed.
• Contribute to achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform tasks efficiently and within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate concerns for quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Organize tasks efficiently and maintain compliance with standards.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and preparing for deliveries.
• Standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking.
• Working in varying temperatures and safely operating equipment.
