1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. The role involves various schedules, such as A1, A2, B, C, and D, each with specific work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and stock incoming merchandise.
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines, including sorting, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical capabilities to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
