1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages of up to $22.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will handle various tasks such as receiving and organizing stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
