1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

- Work in varying temperatures.
