1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position entails 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. In addition, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, providing input to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. A successful candidate must demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies, including conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency in organizing and executing tasks.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
• Working in varying temperatures and physical activities throughout the warehouse.
