1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
