1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. The shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain efficiency.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
