1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00- $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to perform warehouse tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
