1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Execute tasks efficiently, accurately, and within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
