We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-growing team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our stores efficiently for our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
