Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are efficiently received, stored, and shipped to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperature environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
