1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to ensure our stores are well stocked for our growing customer base. This part-time position offers an average of less than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to excel in your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of quality or safety concerns.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals and process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
