1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour. As a team member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare products for delivery.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
