Job Description

Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment
• Relocates merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment; unloads incoming shipments
• Performs warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and collaborates with peers and leadership
• Provides input for process improvements and assists in achieving budgeted goals

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency
• Ability to interpret policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, preparing products, standing, bending, reaching, operating equipment
• Working in varying temperatures and safely operating equipment
