1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st shift begins at 7:00 AM, and various schedules are available to accommodate different preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and assist in process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Engage in physical tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting, and walking.
