1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive the best experience. With on-the-job training and a focus on safety, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures.
