1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM/PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any concerns to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
