We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi family. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Act independently within your delegated responsibilities and adhere to company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
