1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work within a team environment and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
