1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
