1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. This position offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
