1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock.
• Organize merchandise strategically.
• Load/unload shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Achieve budgeted goals with management support.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Physical agility to move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and more.
• Work in varying temperatures and warehouse environments.
