Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. If you are ready to be a part of a dynamic team, apply now!

Shift Details

1st Shift starting at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success, efficient organization.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, perform basic math.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, perform various physical tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
